Detergent Powder Packing Machine is perfect for packing all kinds of free-flowing powders in plastic pouches or plastic sachets. It is designed to handle all heat seal-able plastic films or laminated plastic films, with or without printing. Our machines pack powders from 5 grams to 5 kg, by using the process of volumetric cup filling. The filling can be changed as per the required volume to be packed in the pouches or sachets. 

With a PLC controller, it's a perfect automatic pouch packing machine. There are two different types of sealers, one for vertical sealing and another for horizontal sealing. Equipped with motion sensor and color sensor, the machine provides precision sealing. The machine can produce three side sealed pouches, four side sealed pouches or center sealed pouches, as per the application. Also, it can provide single-single pouches, or a thread of pouches as per the requirement.
