Product Description

This stainless steel aging tank is sturdily built and possess a cylindrical inner shell at the exterior of it for rendering an in-built refrigerated system. It may also be provided with a dimple jacket having an outlet and inlet media and a conical top. Although, the interior of the cylindrical part includes welding lines that are ground, however, the exterior of the welding lines are brushed and pickled. The entire tank is insulated using mineral wool and comprises a propeller type agitator that uses a motor to eliminate the sedimentation in the milk.
